At Fearless Dreamer, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, please review our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- With tags attached, if applicable

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items without proof of purchase

How To Start A Return

Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for return
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
